Our arenas have ANDREWS BOWEN PRO-WAX bases. This surface is considered one of the premier surfaces available as shown by it's use at The Horse Of The Year Show, The Northern Ireland National Horse Show, The British Open Showjumping Championships and many other prestigious events.
The benefits of changing to this surface have created a consistant, secure, dust-free surface, supporting the horse's natural movement and reducing repetative strain injury. It will allow us to hold a greater variety and a higher standard of competitions.

INDOOR ARENA:
The 77x35m. indoor arena is used for a wide variety of equestrian uses, including affiliated and unaffiliated show jumping, dressage, showing and Pony Club activities. A varied programme of mounted and unmounted clinics, lectures and workshops for all ages and abilities, are planned for the coming year. There is also a covered standing and spectator area in addition to the indoor arena.

CROSS COUNTRY COURSE:
With over 30 newly constructed fences, fixed & mobile, including an exciting 4-way pit & Water complex. Fence heights from 50cm to 1metre. Good sandy soil, so ideal in dry conditions.

OUTDOOR GRASS ARENA:
100x45m outside purpose-made watered grass arena: There are also 2 other fenced grass arenas suitable for a variety of events.

FACILITIES
We are pleased to offer stabling, electric hook-ups, indoor toilets & showers, bunkhouses to enable you to enjoy a break with us in this unspoilt and picturesque area, either in order to be ready for an event or just to have a peaceful holiday with your horse. Forest Edge is set within its own 35 acres of beautiful Breckland countryside and borders Thetford Forest, which offers miles of off-road riding.
