We have now purchased grandstand seating to improve your spectating experience and 20 temporary stables allowing extra space for overnight stays, holidays and camps.  Extra stabling is hired in for larger events.

We are now in our 2nd year with The British Horse Society Accreditation as an Approved Facility, allowing us to hold BHS events and approving the quality of our facilities.

The Cross Country jumps were introduced in 2010 and the events and schooling are a great success.  I have lost count of the number of fences which have appeared, somewhere in the region of 40 at last count!  The course can be changed with several portable jumps as well as the exciting permanent jumps, which include The 4-way Pit, The Grave, 2-way Sunken Road, The Grand Canyon, stone wall, brushes, logs, ditches, tyres etc.  A water jump and log drop are also planned for 2011.  New Trakhana now on site.

THE INDOOR SURFACE IS NOW COMPLETED WITH AN ANDREWS BOWEN PRO-WAX SURFACE.  THIS SURFACE IS THE BEST AVAILABLE AND IS USED AT THE HORSE OF THE YEAR SHOW, N IRELAND INTERNATIONAL HORSE SHOW, THE BRITISH OPEN SHOWJUMPING CHAMPIONSHIPS AND MANY OTHER PRESTIGIOUS CENTRES.  The benefits of changing to this surface will be a consistant, secure, dust-free surface, supporting the horses natural movement and reducing repetative strain injury.  It will allow us to hold a greater variety and higher standard of competitions.

A  new 40 x 20m surfaced (pro-wax) practice arena is also complete and ready for use and the new standing and spectator areas are also finished. 

We have used some of the original indoor surface to provide the basis for a purpose made, 100 x 45 mt grass arena on the far side of the indoor arena, complete with Derby Bank!.  The arena has now been levelled, stone-picked, and seeded and will be regularly watered & cut, providing a grass arena  which we can keep in a top class condition.  This arena will be in use from Spring 2011.

Following the great sucess of the camps we hosted this year, we have decided to have a permanent camping field for camps, horse holidays & weekends.  We have also added 20 temporary stables and we are now able to offer camps for up to 30 people & horses, complete with full catering facilities, hot showers and beautiful off-road hacking.  All our equestrian faclities are available to book.  Prices for 1 horse & rider start from £25 per night.
